      Great co-workers. Lots to learn. As many opportunities to advance as you want.

      Sometimes heavy travel. Working for multiple clients at one time is sometimes stressful.

      Pros

      The work is challenging. The company encourages the growth of their employees by paying for certification tests and offering leadership training to all employees. Also supports other areas of life, such as free financial courses. Great work-life balance. The best part is Catch really takes their time choosing employees, and it shows. The people there are nothing short of amazing.

      Cons

      This is a consulting company. You could work on one project/contract for years, or you could change projects every couple of months. We have to learn new technology all of the time to meet our clients' demands and needs. You have to be adaptable to survive here. You have to be flexible. Mostly, you have to have a positive attitude and confidence in yourself that whatever the next challenge, you will figure it out.

      Pros

      Most employees are content with their roles in the beginning and then it quickly turns.

      Cons

      Toxicity is prominent. Uninviting culture. Employees are left to fend for themselves and meet obstacles at every turn. There is a tight-knit group of employees who have family or faith based ties who are advancing in their career. All other employees are questioned and micromanaged.
