I don’t have any pros.

Cons

Weird hours. Training was from 1pm to 9pm. It’s near impossible to work the schedule if you have children and no help with child care. You cannot get a good shift unless you’re favored.

They celebrate everything. Unlimited overtime. Fun environment. Cool giveaways on "launch" weekends. Easy to move up if you do your job and come to work.
