Overall, not very many pros

Cons

Company will change anything and everything at a whim if it suits them. Does an excessive amount of workers make incentive? They'll reduce it by half. An excessively high call volume due to a hurricane? They'll try to lie to your face and say that you must do mandatory overtime. Company in a rut? They'll reduce your shift differential to where you get the same wage as a fast food worker
