Pros
Good people. Great work-life balance. Management and leadership are competent and care about their workers. Plenty of opportunities for advancement based on merit, regardless of tenure. Salaries are competitive relative to other second-tier financial services firm. Benefits package is top notch.
Cons
The firm is not well-known in the marketplace for many of the services it offers. Also, given that the firm overall has grown largely by acquisition there is not great collaboration between different office locations or groups. However, this is becoming less of an issue. There can be capacity issues to take on new work as the firm is growing.
