Poor pay, no training, unreal travel expectations, terrible management, toxic work environment and most of all major MICROMANAGEMENT.

Me, along with my colleagues felt that the leader is never present on Teams calls. She was either looking away from the screen or texting on her phone. I also feel that she is in way over her head and the only reason she is in the role is because she is very good at sucking up to leadership. She had created a hostile work environment. Marcum’s Talent Solutions group, Marcum Search was a much different group, for the better.
