      Inexpensive benefits, snacks and meals, parking pass, will pay for CPA exam

      Cons

      Allowing gossip and toxic personalities to persist to the point of good employees leaving. Very little mentoring and training, poor or limited interaction with managers.

      Pros

      Good learning experience for individuals wanting to work in the field, good for hands on learners. Managers work with employees, are very flexible and company provides good benefits.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive, no incentives or bonuses with monthly goals. Raises are bare minimum. Opportunity to grow within the company depends on directors, not upper management. Co-workers who have same job title have different responsibilities, some have more some have less, still same pay.
