      Pros

      Easy access to management, client base is mid-sized so exposure is extensive.

      Cons

      lack of a career path, lack of standardized evaluations, poor salary/benefits, poor culture, work life balance is not a priority. Management is "forced" to advocate for it, but they do not practice what they preach. What are the benefits of having an accounting firm with an Alternative Structure? There is no long term equity incentive for your employees!

      You get good exposure to many clients and work Meet many people due to turnover

      Cons

      Management has favorites and they make that very clear, there’s office gossip, politics, bullying and backstabbing. Management has poor communication and just blames you for stuff that you do wrong even though nothing is properly communicated. They say they’re open for any questions, but then get frustrated when you ask questions. Their expectations are unreasonably high while also undefined and unclear.
