      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 2 years and it is definitely a place I hope to stay with for as long as possible! Great culture, flexibility and work life balance are some of the top pro's, but also amazing learning opportunities, great teams, and the small local feel in each office with a large national presence as well.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind that I would categorize as a con. This is truly a great company!

      Pros

      CBIZ is an ever-changing and progressive company, and I come to work everyday with pride. The people are great and really care for each other. It is a family atmosphere and I am constantly surrounded by talented professionals who push me on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Nothing really comes to mind. Only thing i can think of, since we have so many offices nationwide, sometimes it is difficult to get all offices on the same page with branding and process, but even in this sector we have made a ton of progress!

      Pros

      It truly is the people that make CBIZ a wonderful place to work! Their corporate ethos of believing in their employees and lifting them up to success makes everyone feel valued, respected, and important. I learned so much from my time at CBIZ, but mostly that larger companies CAN do it right. The hardest part about leaving was leaving the team that I had grown to love and the larger company that took such great care of me.

      Cons

      If you are not someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, CBIZ may be a challenge. This company make moves. And they do it proactively, quickly, and constantly. Just as business is dynamic and their client's needs change, CBIZ's structure changes quite a bit.
