      Small firm, so get to interact with a lot of the senior management who are always there to help and mentor.

      Cons

      No training program, horrible pay.

      In the beginning, very favorable & plenty of opportunities. After 2009 & a management change, I became a paper-pusher.

      Pros

      (This review is for Special Risk Insurance Services) Great staff! Smart, intelligent, and caring individuals as part of your team. A few of the directors are some of the top professionals in their field.

      Cons

      Management has not been able to decide on a direction and stick with it. A significant management shift has occured about once every 18 months. After 2009, the workload increased dramatically after layoffs and the company still has not truly recovered.

      Pros

      Educational and helpful. Management is willing to mentor if you are willing to show interest and learn. Nice reward program.

      Cons

      There have been lots of changes recently which has not settled down well. I would still be there if I had not needed to move.
