      Work-life balance; Flexibility to take time off (outside of busy season), Ability to try both tax and audit as an associate to find out which one is best for you

      Working for CBIZ is like working for multiple companies, some with conflicting interests, some even in direct competition with each other. CBIZ could do a better job focusing and coming together as one organization.
