CBRE has many locations across the world. Their benefit package is exceptional to match the many careers they offer. I worked as a maintenance tech and then building engineer in 2 cities in separate states. Definitely the best positions I have been offered in many years.

Cons

Building engineers have different responsibilites per client and some dont offer you the ability/power that others do. Always checkout what client you will be working with prior to accepting a position. Also you may be required to be on call 24/7 which is usually only for emergency situations and not often at all. however if you are a person that feels anxious when on call this can be a downside.
