I have only worked within the Amazon account... which has been hectic, to say the least. There's a lot of demand from the client without the proper structure to support these demands. They are consistently working on the issues, but quite frankly, after a year on the job... the cycle continues. You will start to feel like a cog in the machine for a purpose that is meaningless. New employees get burnt out shortly once they learn that the older employees are checked out... it's a vicious cycle of turnover. Some are overworked. Some are checked out. Some just aren't good workers. If you care even slightly to do good work, they will take advantage of that and burn you out. It's not intentional harm... but that's just the environment due to high demand + short staffing + no transparency + complicated processes + low-quality work + much more. At the end of the day, the people are not the priority... the client is. Also, I am only writing this review so that I can access glassdoor for another company... so if you can get out, try! There's much more I don't have the time to write about lol.
