      Company really cares about the employees. This was my second time working for this company. I was in project management before on the AT&T account.

      My position was just really boring and not right for me so I made the personal decision to leave.

They really care about their employees.

      Cons

      Because they service a multitude of clients, you can have the same role for two different clients and your job can feel completely different due to the clients needs, requirements, company culture etc. This also makes it difficult to provide consistent training to employees. They could have the same role but the needs of their client will determine how the role is carried out.
