Pros

The company has great values, they really does seem to care, I really liked a lot of people in the office.

Cons

The commercial real estate culture is not so great. People screw over other people all the time. They are still a little too uptight, constant passive aggressive comments out not wearing a tie. Top brokers get treated like gods while new brokers get to fight over scraps.

Pros

I can only refer to the site I was on. You can do whatever you want. 4 year degree is a guarantee for promotion. Lots of training available. Very nice people. Overtime available. Management is hands off. Close working relationships.

Cons

I can only refer to the site I was on. You can do whatever you want which leads to anarchy and a hostile environment. Anything less than a 4 year degree, you will be a grunt for life regardless of your knowledge and skill set. Tons of online training for equipment you don't even have. Nice people that shouldn't be in a leadership position . Rotating shifts/on call. Management doesn't understand what is important or how to improve day to day operation. If you are not close/related to the boss, good luck.
