      Pros

      The benefits provided were very competitive. Very nice colleagues (not management).

      Cons

      Poor management with personnel and with account. Overall, very disappointing experience as role was not as described in the interviews - note even close. It was very belittling experience.

      Pros

      Company was more than generous in attempting to hold my position while I was out on medical leave, which went from an anticipated 4-6 week absence to nearly a year. They held my position open for nearly nine months in hopes of my return. I tip my hat to them and take that as a compliment and acknowledgement of my value. My former team members were outstanding and performed above and beyond their assigned duties to cover for me and themselves while I was out. Though there were differences among the crew, as there are in any family, for the most part, there was a great team environment. We could always count on each other when the chips were down.

      Cons

      I only wish I had a chance to go back and work with the team but my disabilities from a failed neck surgery left CBRE no choice but to back fill my position.
