      Pros

      CBRE has great benefits. There are 10 holiday pay. Remote days are amazing. The environment is friendly. There are always events going on every month for the entire building. Moving up is fairly easy.

      Cons

      The pay isn't the best. Some teams are smaller, which requires the employee to do a little more work. Other than the pay, it's a pretty good company overall. Oh yea, the turn over rate is decently high.

      My department specifically is way over loaded. Could also show some more appreciation in compensation to long term employees

      Pros

      CBRE attracts talented people and has the global scale to provide employees with great career opportunities. The company is growing rapidly so employees must be able to deal with change and ambiguity as business models evolve and new businesses are acquired and integrated into the company. CBRE has an ethical business culture, a strong balance sheet and a solid vision to grow it's business.

      Cons

      Departments and regions tend to work in isolation and/or in silos and there could be more consistency in sharing and executing processes in a standard fashion across geographies and adjacent business units.
