Pros

1.remote working days 2. a lot of social events 3. there are some great people (but depends on the team)

Cons

1. Pay is low. 2. As you get more experienced more and more work will be given 3. If you are an hourly employee, there are a lot of pressure not to work OT. If you are a salaried employee nobody cares about your OT. Total absence of life/work balance. 4. Some teams work on weekends on regular basis. 5. Huge turnover which is getting worse with each passing month 6. Over last year, more daily tasks fallen onto accountants with no portfolio adjustments. A lot of busy work, not related to accounting. 7. Almost every random request/task needs to be completed ASAP no matter how big or small it is 8. Controllers' job is to keep clients happy at any cost (which are usually their teams)
