Pros

Name brand recognition and worldwide presence

Cons

Most everyone is simply out for themselves, specifically the senior brokers. Crash and burn model and taking in young, free or nearly free labor to do the grunt work, cold calls etc and then providing little in compensation.

Pros

You get to work from home two days every week after only working there for three months! This is a huge benefit for me. Also, this is a great place to get your accounting/financial career started. They will hire you right of college with a four year degree. No experience need.

Cons

Pay is not quite up to par compared to other companies.

Pros

The pay was good and there was some autonomy when it came to leading your individual team.

Cons

Management is very disorganized and distant from the staff. Lots of mundane data collection and an over emphasis on reporting made it dificult to focus on core responsibilities.
