Pros
Great people (depending on which team you're on), flexibility, hybrid work schedule, nice office.
Cons
Pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work they give you. All I ever heard was that I was doing a good job, then I was laid off with no explanation 6 months later. The training program lasts 2 weeks and all you talk about is history. Then you're thrown into the work with minimal training. Very stressful first few months. With all that being said, this is a great first job to get your foot in the door. Just don't expect to stay forever. The people who own this company do an excellent job at pretending they care about their employees, but all they care about is the bottom line. The outsourcing to India has been a complete mess labeled as a success.

I loved working at CBRE and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to apply. They are a great company that offers a multitude of benefits and services. The beauty of working for this company is that you are able to hold various roles within the company and not lose your seniority or benefits. You can take multiple paths in this company, and management is always supportive of your desire to grow in the company, even if that means you're moving from one account to another. The people and work are the best! The client account I was on was very flexible with my work schedule and I held a hybrid role.
Cons
End of year performance reviews have a heavy impact on your growth and your bonus potential. Be wary of management speaking down on client accounts, there is always a reason for it.
