Great benefits, good team environment, and upper management who does not think only about themselves. CBRE is a large company with many employees in numerous countries. That being, said in some ways it is run as a smaller company with great communication, they listen to employees, make decisions not in a vacuum, and I feel the environment and diversity and inclusion are things considered with all decisions being made with the company. CBRE really cares about it's employees, the salary pay is about average, and they leading on progressive issues that will ship the next decades.
