Pros

Leadership is a matrix model which meant decision making is across several individuals. This made the company quite democratic and leadership individuals were often personable as a result, because no one individual would have oversight. People are friendly or keep to themselves. Good HR (at various levels)

Cons

Initially it was confusing to know who are they key leaders and how leadership is organized for your own division. Salary average.

Pros

- Among the big 4 CRE firms, its capabilities and network are the strongest, which makes your job easier - Depending on the role, there is flexibility as the company has not devolved into RTO mandates. This reflects that there is still some empathy as long as you get work done, as even if your role is 5 days, leadership generally allows you flexibility for emergencies etc, unlike most other companies that have gone backward and probably insist you eat your PTO. - Most people are very collaborative and cooperative.

- Small instances of usual office politics
