      Pros

      Everyone works in independent units, and doesn't have the typical corporate feel in that respect. Unit is judged on the quality of your own work.

      Cons

      Huge and disorganized at times. Independent in some respect, but still hold onto strict rules that hamper the positives of working in that fashion.

      Very flexible with work hours Good pay for what I do A good place to learn about real estate

      Cons

      Promotion policy is not consistent. Some get promoted and some have to apply to open positions and compete with others when the job performace is equal.

      - Success leads to rapid career advancement, limited legacy / seniority issues - Opportunity to handle major projects and deal with world-famous clients - Market leader for brand and contacts - Friendly colleagues, limited "political" stuff - Company is moving in the right direction with the market to grow (mostly)

      Cons

      - Frustrating disconnect between staff and senior management - Senior management can get far too involved in small things (no delegation) and make your life hell - Run with a very military style of command leadership - Business is operated as if its still a small start up in VN, not a 250 person functional firm - An aversion to education & training - Questionably equitable bonus & commission structure on revenue generated - Organized so no cooperation between business lines or in some cases colleagues (total silos)
