I joined after seeing a good review of this company in many sites but hugely regret it later. 1. Team mate (same position) were very bossy and micromanage and expect you to know all the work and get perfect result within weeks of joining the company. 2. No flexibility in doing your work. Even emailing to client must follow each wording, each sequence and each colouring. 2. TEAM MATE TOO BOSSY THEY WANT TO KNOW WHERE DO YOU SIT IN THE OFFICE. THEY WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE. MIND YOU THE OFFICE ARRANGEMENT SUPPOSED TO BE HOT SEATING!! 2. Handover was vague. Not specifically to your client. Mind you each clients have different situation. 2. Everyone is too busy with their dateline that you are on your own. 3. Weekly meet up catch up was ridiculous considering the job scope was very limited and those meetings were non sense to keep up every week. 4. They say flexible. But in reality its really not. They gonna even check up your attandence to office from the receptionist. 5. Very old school and 'book' kind of culture and environment. Doesnt suit to those who seek flexibility and new ideas. 6. The template of work already provided and job scope was limited. There wont be much you can do as input and elobration into your resume. 7. Ridiculous 3 months notice period. While there are many staffs going into 2nd probation which resulted in 1 year probation. 8. Clients (25 clients) datelines lined up all within the same day which is unacceptable. 9. Work too long hour and bonus is not confirm. 10. Overall the only company i regret joining.

Client dictates every thing. Poor upper management.
