Work-life balance and culture are good.

Cons

Learning is a little slow in pace. Few of the managers who became managers by working with the firm for a longer time need much more manager skills and need to get some work ethics. Immature / novice managers should have enough maturity to handle the team. Existing employees, whose pay is significantly below the market rate, should be subjected to a market correction.
