      You get a toe in the door with Amazon, and I mean a pinkie toe, and it's not really in, you just know where the door is now.

      Cons

      Interview claims to have a standard engineering environment. This is wrong. Amazon expects miracles and flat out impossible automation tasks (due to equipment capability), local management offers zero support to team. Extremely high turnover, in 6 months 8 controls people have quit, area managers have quit or been fired, moral can't get any lower than it already is. Numerous employees have not gotten paid due to payroll issues. Managers can't figure out how to submit holiday time. Training is non existent.
