      Pros

      If you want to move up the "ladder" very quickly CBRE is the place. If you do well you are rewarded. The culture was the biggest pro there. There are many perks that makes the quarter/year go by fast. The team I was on was very welcoming and made the transition very smooth. My manager was very helpful and the training was informal in a way but at the same time there are always someone there to answer your questions.

      Work at times may be repetitive, but the salary is below what the market is comparing it to their competitors.

      Lots of work, good benefits, company vehicle, transfer to other departments

      Cons

      Lowest pay for what you do, raises are only 2% every year and your increasing insurance takes that.
