      Aggressive demeaning behavior, poor compensation, no work life balance.

      Pros

      Many smart hard working people there.

      Cons

      Mostly male leadership and women don't get the same promotions. Lots of politics get in the way of work. Not competitive compensation nor decent bonuses. Aggressive and demeaning behavior by leadership which allowed for coworkers to behave the same way. There's no profit sharing. No work life balance.

      Very friendly work environment whatever level people are at

      Boys club, top levels are very white and very male Need to be in the right crowd to get promoted Some senior people have very basic technical knowledge of their job, due to being promoted by being in the right crowd Very money focused, lacks client focus
