On IT, there is a lot to accomplish in this company. Though it is a 150 years old company, IT part of the company has just starting flourish from few years. Lot of encouragement from management on which project switching and technology studies

Small IT company, work load is sufficient.

D&T side of things is not prioritized super highly at my subsidiary of CBRE so we have a big mess in the backend

Good organization overall, they do what's needed to keep afloat and they protect their employees

Cons

Management shifts too often and priorities shift too often, the instability leads to multiple projects with dead ends because the manager pushing it either moves on or is replaced. Too much focus lately on offshoring.
