      Great people to work with, company is really trying to show they care about their employees! They've made a lot of changes over the last few years that were all for employees!

      Pros

      Truly the best company I have ever worked for! C-suite executives are all down to earth and easy to talk to about anything. Fair pay, the best team anyone can ask for, and plenty of perks to make coming into the office 3 days a week seem not so bad.

      Cons

      No real cons to speak of. There has been a lot of turnover lately, which makes everyone a little nervous about the environment once they find replacements who may or may not fit the current culture. Cheaper insurance would be nice.
