Training, compensation, PTO, opportunity, chances to stand out.

Cons

The door & hardware industry as a whole has a bad foundation of an older generation retiring out. New hires struggle to find the balance between learning the old ways and adapting to new methods. The construction industry as a whole is changing with the times, the door and hardware industry is in the back of the pack.
