      Pros

      Pros of working at C&B include a great team environment, transparent leadership, cross training possibilities, ability to move up the ladder. As well as a good compensation and benefit package offering.

      Cons

      Very few cons, health insurance portion of benefit package could be better, but truly believe it will get better in time. Learning the industry can be difficult in the beginning, but with experience, a mentor, and effective training, the long term potential in this niche industry is enormous.

      Great company, culture, and people

      Pros

      Overall, great place to work. The pay is competitive for the market. The benefits are great and above average for the industry. What really sets the place apart though is the culture. Great work-life balance and the office dynamic is excellent. Lots of opportunity for growth and career advancement. Overall, a really good company.

      Benefits are great, we have great down to earth and hard working people that work for us, employment opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      I wish the health insurance was better but compared to the industry we are above average.
