Great company. Lack of computer skills from management at branch level frustrating

Cons

Some of the older management at the branch level does not now how to use a computer. This makes all other task harder than they should be.

Pros of working at C&B include a great team environment, transparent leadership, cross training possibilities, ability to move up the ladder. As well as a good compensation and benefit package offering.

Cons

Very few cons, health insurance portion of benefit package could be better, but truly believe it will get better in time. Learning the industry can be difficult in the beginning, but with experience, a mentor, and effective training, the long term potential in this niche industry is enormous.
