How do I even begin, this has been an amazing place to work for my many years here. I felt the need to post a review based on a couple of poor reviews posted recently. First of all, this place does notice hard work and potential, and will always try to promote from within, but this company also recruits external talent often when needed. The company responded quickly to the cancelling of convention during Covid or the Omicron spike. The company worked fully remote for 18 months during Covid and did cancel the convention due to Omicron, at risk of losing millions of dollars in doing so. The safety of the members and the staff were more important. That's the kind of company I want to work for. As far as benefits, the company recently increased the vacation and PTO benefits by making them earned earlier in employment. Is there room for improvement? Maybe. But I am confident the company is always looking to improve themselves and will right this if necessary. This company has allowed me a work life balance for many years. This company offers paid parental leave, amazing benefits, and a flexibility it takes to live your life to the fullest. I've also been able to build a career, without sacrificing life balance. I work with a lot of amazing people that I like and respect. The office environment is great, and I could go on and on. The company also has a good mission of helping the independent business owner.
