Pros

CCA has a great family atmosphere. In fact, several employees have their sisters, in-laws, and children working here. There are company outings during the summer as well as Christmas, holiday bonuses, as well as monthly office freebies to celebrate employee birthdays.

Cons

Some positions have low starting pay. Some departments have high stress and long hours. Upper management members aren't very accessible or friendly.

CCA is truly a place where you can hang your hat. From our office in Manchester, NH to St. Louis, MO, collaboration is key to everything we accomplish. CCA has extremely high expectations, but what we do for our members is second to none. We are beyond passionate about what we do and how we truly help our independent business owners succeed from generation to generation! And, the people? Well, we have some amazing employees - lifers as we call those. We have a lot of longevity at CCA.

Cons

We are a flat organization, so there is not as much of a chance for upward mobility, as far as a set career track. However, we do often promote from within because we hire such amazing people.
