Great job for young people to learn. Great company to work for while finishing school.

Cons

Nowhere to develop skills and grow within the company. Company cherry picks who will move departments. Education required but no professional empowerment given. They are in need of a structured based interview process to make fair between external and internal candidates. It is who you know in this company.

Great people, some great managers. Company is involved in community volunteering and tries to keep moral up.

Cons

Favouritism is the rule. Sexual harassment addressed but not resolved and allowed to continue. Poor training, lack of respect towards employees. Management talks down, demeans instead of teach. Breaks and activities on breaks were limited by management; contradicting the office rules. There is no way to advance in this company. Favored employees are allowed unlimited breaks; contradicting the office rules.
