Great people, and a great mission. The pay is good, good benefits and a great culture. A bunch of smart people here. The office is on a hybrid schedule so it's the best of both worlds with working in the office 3 days and from home 2 days.

One of the best aspects of working at CCA is the camaraderie among peers. They consistently demonstrate a commitment to helping each other succeed.

Cons

Expectations were high, but authority was limited, setting you up for failure. Undervaluing experience made it difficult to succeed. Executive management was also absent, failing to communicate or take responsibility for their decisions, especially impacting their team. After continuously being put in the middle of crossfires with Executive staff and seeking a company that empowered employees and valued their input and hard work, I left.
