Nepotism Runs Rampant

Pros

Flexible hours. Can work saturday and have a day during the week off.

Cons

Some members of management cheat on their wives and sleeps with co-workers. Nepotism runs rampant as a result.

not consistent like to you about trivial things want pay you what they owe. When you need assistance with a company issue above you manager cannot get a live person to speak with

Pros

I worked for CCC temporarily but my time there was the best experience I have ever had with any employer. This company is ahead of the times and truly loves its employees. I have never worked for a company that schedules a mental health break each month for its employees. CCC lives up to its core values and that is what I loved most. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

There are none! I loved working here.
