- Work-life balance is good, balanced pace. - Decent benefits. - The building and infrastructure are modern and comfortable.
Cons
- Low pay - below industry norms. - Growth paths are virtually nonexistent. - Hard to make an impact—most work goes unnoticed. - Managerial ranks filled with politically insulated long-timers with little accountability or competence. - The culture is tribal and opaque. Expect a lot of back-channeling and quiet backstabbing. - Horrible HR! Highly erratic and often create more problems than they resolve. Some staff are pathologically toxic.
