      Many Managers during my tenure were willing to train and teach

      Family oriented. Pay for furthering education. Decent vacation time.

      Cons

      Too many lay offs. Laid off their Human Resources Department in Glendora, California. Made no sense. Most employees that were African American were laid off. Seems to employ more upper class employees.

      I have worked for CCC for 4 years as a Field Employee and have had a great experience. The company is fair and always looking to improve.
