Pros

1. A handful number of good people who are hoping that company will get better are still around. 2. The CEO was very engaged a few years ago. He would move around the cubicles, talk to personnel and was genuinely interested in the employees. 3. Some of the executive management team such as service delivery executive management interacts with the employees and keeps engaged with her team. 4.The CTO for the last year and half was requested to move on. 5. Nothing else to speak as a "Pro" for the company anymore. In the past, there were many "Pros".

Cons

Just the number of reviews of the company and not-good state of affairs as outlined by numerous folks (on glassdoor) in the past year sums up the state of this company. 1. All the good HR folks who believed in HR as a function are no longer with the company. The current HR personnel do not look out for the employees and none of the exit interview information has ever been considered. 2. Most of the VPs and Directors in the company today are folks from the former CTO, and they have no business knowledge, people management skills or technical skills. They make decisions just by instinct without a strategy. They do not understand technology and decisions are made by gut. 3. The former CTO folks are always on a witch-hunting mission, trying to paint a bad picture about folks who have left (which shows the importance of the former employees even today) and tarnish the good image and good deeds of the former employees. They create slides and presentations to the CEO and other executive personnel, mentioning about how bad the systems and existing CCC folks are, without even understanding the systems and the existing CCC folks. If the systems and existing CCC folks were so bad a year ago, then how come the company was so profitable all these years and there was still growth and potential in the company is a question that has been left unanswered. In summary, the company lacks good leadership personnel and any folks joining now will end up reporting to the former CTO folks. So, please do think about it. 4. The damage that was done to CCC in the last year and half when the former CTO was around is unrepairable. All the bright, knowledgeable and efficient/hardworking technical folks and management folks decided to take their skills elsewhere and moved on from the company. These bright, knowledgeable and efficient folks put in countless hours in the company to build a great architecture, applications and systems. And they have moved on to better positions in other companies and being recognized in their new companies. The remaining few good folks are just waiting to move on. 5. For newbies, if you have a choice, please review this posting and all the postings about CCC and take a good and knowledgeable decision.
