Well funded, forward looking/thinking products. Large enough to have resources, small enough to change quickly when needed Compensation is better than average
Cons
Central planning and forecasting new business and products can be challenging to get right. Do a better job defining product roadmap, help customers understand what are products can and can't do and evaluate new Dev. a little more critically.
