Monotonous. Very little variety on the job

Horrible training. Vague and unforgiving information. The reference materials are vast and hard to index. Old procedures are still in place, and if you use them, you are deemed incorrect, and then you are informed they should have removed that from the curriculum. Soon you are praised by mentors, then suddenly nipped by management stating their reports are not positive. NO chance to defend yourself. Some mentors steal files that you submit for their credit. Cut-throat environment.

Microsoft Teams was used as the primary source of communication. Probably the most boomer thing ever. They need to get with the times. Working remote there was a LOT of micromanaging, I understand some but this was excessive.

They do GROUP TRAINING which makes it difficult for someone to fall behind training

Better training. More marketing. Procedures need to be brtter documented.
