The company has taken a radical turn in the last few years which focuses on outsourcing work to India. Quality of work has declined steeply and domestic employees are now outnumbered by foreign employees. We used to have an amazing work environment with tons of collaboration. It made us the industry standard for quality. Now everyone keeps their heads down for fear of retaliation, and our oldest and largest customers are pulling back on work they're willing to send us due to the quality issues.
