      Good hours Helpful bosses who work hard to try and make sure you're comfortable with work-load requirements Training system is thorough

      Clique-laden Clients have unrealistic goals Work-load can be stressful

      Pros

      Good company with good values. Look towards the future of the company. Employee Owned. Good Midwestern values. Easy to work with employees that are dedicated to the success and future of the company. They always make things right for the customer no matter what and go above and beyond to support their customers in times of need.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected from the employees. Poor vacation plan and only 2 sick days a year.

      Growing company with lots of potential. The people are really great. Beautiful location. Some managers are great. Good Wellness Program.

      Cons

      Management limited on their ability to motivate employees' compensation. Limited Vacation time. Too many process related issues that impede business unit ability to execute.
