      This place is super design production quota focused.

      Pros

      If you know what you are doing and can do it fast enough this is a great remote job.

      Cons

      If you can't keep up with the production demand they will constantly hound you about it and eventually you won't be able to stay there. It's very important that you meet design production quotas. I had a hard time remembering all the things I needed to know for my job which when I looked at notes to remember what to do for the process it slowed down my ability to get the work done on time consistently.

      Pros

      ESOP was good when I was vested after 3 years.

      Cons

      Work place environment was rough. Everyone was friends with everyone except outsiders. I got bullied and yelled at by two coworkers and it was brushed off since higher ups were their friends. Promises weren't met. I was told I would get Designer 2 as I was "the best fiber Designer they had on the team" and it's why I was "given all the hard jobs."

      fully remote quarterly bonuses decent pay unless youre entry level

      Cons

      management so much nepotism. lots of people who have failed up because they are friends with management constant restructuring where employees dont really have a say in where they end up
