      Pros

      Easy to get some quick telecom design experience.

      Cons

      They do everything they can to not promote you including never giving you the chance to do all of the tasks needed. Once you get good at something, they switch you to another task so your production numbers never stay high enough to promote. The only people I saw promoted had other job offers in hand

      Fully remote! All necessary equipment is provided except a desk/chair Night shift works 4 10-hour work days Generous benefits Always OT available if you want Quarterly bonuses Transparency on how the company is doing

      Cons

      quite a bit of nepotism most of the promotions in the engineering department are white men. Few promotions go to white women, and even fewer go to people of color. So promotions are common which is nice but generally for a certain group of people.
