      Day goes fast. Interesting work. Good IT department.

      Cons

      Tedious processes. Excessive focus on speed and points. Not a good position for most older workers, seniors or non-gamers.

      The company is lead by someone who truly cares about the employees. His passion is contagious. If you want to put in the work and move up in the company, CCI is there to back you up. Values aren't just posted on the walls....they're lived every day! The employees are amazing and make CCI a place where you're happy to go to everyday.

      Every company has their shortcoming, but there's nothing that stands out as a con.
