Leadership is Lacking in some Departments of Design. On board Training was useless. Trained in something that wasn't even used and not trained in anything that was.

CCI Systems is a company that stifles individual growth and rewards the careless. Promotions are based solely on the number of designs completed, regardless of how many lines of business one knows, or of the quality of the designs being submitted. Quantity is more important than quality. Overtime is frequently mandatory, due to upper management lying to clients regarding the resources available to complete the work assigned. You are little more than a warm body, employee turnover is rampant, and moral is low. This company manages to turn what could be a rewarding career in coax and fiber optic design into a job that folks can't quit soon enough. One final note, individuals with the same job working in different offices can have vastly salaries. Designers in Fox Valley can make 6 dollars more than designers in Iron Mountian. It is best to avoid this company.
