CCMC continues to impress me with their organization. They think things through before implementing procedures. IT is helpful. Teammates have an ongoing team building initiative, which helps in training, building community, and long-lasting relationships. The chain of command stays in regular communication, always ready to assist if needed.

Cons

I am on a great team. There isn't really anything to say that is negative.
