      Great people to work at, variety of tasks and experiences, building relationships with community residents, health and other benefits

      Cons

      Feels like the company lags behind others in time off, parental leave, pay, etc. Things are slow to change/improve

      Don't waste your time

      Pros

      Not many Pros except getting free coffee and water daily. You get invited to events and get free perks like food and candy.

      Cons

      You will be overworked for little pay. People that work there have horrible attitudes and are lazy. Roles get easily mixed, making your job overwhelming.
